ABOUT
CUSTOM NIKE SHOE
This is a custom Nike sneaker based on their air jordan 1 mid sihlouette. The original sneaker was found at
a secondhand store, and then deconstructed to reveal the interesting layers below the intended finished
product. This sneaker is a good example of how I usually work when it comes to design, as I need to dissect objects and work with
my hands to conceptualize a new idea. This sneaker experiments with combining elements from other existing shoes as well.
MATERIALS: Rubber sole, green leather, white leather, exposed fabric, cotton laces, Nike tags, lime accent.
