CONCEPT INDOOR PLAYGROUND

Area 52 is a concept playground design with multiple structures meant to be implemented in the
Denver International Airport (DIA) renovations. The play structures take inspiration from the ongoing
conspiracies surrounding the airport, with a strong emphasis on aliens. The airport itself created a satirical
advertising campaign pushing these conspiracies, one of which was that they were hiding “Area 52”. This
playground would be in a blacked out room illuminated by neon lights, located in the new Jeppesen
Terminal. The Area 52 concept was modeled and rendered in Fusion 360.
