SUBJECT 03

A white nylon jacket featuring short sleeeves and a cropped overall fit. This piece was designed to look aeronautical, and features stitching lines inspired by the angularity of airplane wings. This jacket also incorporates two large 3D printed ABS discs, or “turbines”, which are hand sewn onto the fabric.

A 3 piece outfit constructed from technical white nylon, and finished with special 3D printed parts that add both to its robotic appearance and functional usage. For Subject 03, only the mini skirt portion of Spina is being used, to model its versatility and modular abilities. Here, the 3D printed pegs have purely an aesthetic purpose, and help the piece feel more industrial.
